Residents of the Horseheads Central School District will be asked to vote on the 2010-11 Proposed School Budget Tuesday, May 18, from 7am to 9pm at Big Flats, Ridge Road, and Horseheads High schools. The proposed budget includes a spending increase of 0.34%, with a tax levy increase of 2%. The tax levy is the total amount of taxes that would be collected to meet the proposed budget amount.
