Why Is the District Planning a Capital Project?

Horseheads 2030 continues the district's long-term approach to maintaining and improving its school facilities. The potential work addresses remaining classroom renovations and climate-control needs, along with building systems, roofs, mechanical equipment, accessibility, and site conditions.

The district's planning process is intended to identify facility needs, refine the scope of work, and develop cost estimates for consideration by the Board of Education and community.
